Orders and Shipping

All orders will be subject to a 7 (business) day lead time prior to shipping.

Monogrammed and/or custom orders (including racing stripe) may require additional production time.

Returns

Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have been received at Nicholas Gael and inspected for wear/use.

Items must be unused, in original condition and with original packaging.  

All monogrammed and/or custom orders (including racing stripe) are final sale.  

All sale items are final sale.

Please contact info@nicholasgael.com for a return authorization.  

Currently, we are unable to process exchanges.  If you'd like a different item, please purchase the item you desire and return the one that didn't strike your fancy.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
